1. Bookings
All trips are subject to availability. Submitting a request does not confirm a booking. We'll reply to arrange payment, and your booking is confirmed once we have acknowledged it in writing with your trip date, pickup details and booking reference.
2. Pricing
Prices are shown in USD and cover the inclusions listed on each trip page (gear, guide, lunch, hotel pickup unless stated otherwise). Prices may change at any time but a confirmed booking is honored at the price paid.
3. Health & fitness
Guests should be able to swim and be in reasonably good health. Please tell us about any medical conditions, pregnancy, or mobility needs before your trip so we can advise accordingly.
4. Wildlife disclaimer
Dolphins, dugongs and turtles are wild animals. Sightings are never guaranteed, and trips proceed as scheduled regardless of wildlife encounters. Guests must follow crew instructions around marine life at all times.
5. Liability
Guests participate at their own risk. We recommend all travelers hold personal travel and medical insurance covering water sports activities.
6. Changes & cancellations by us
In rare cases (weather, safety, insufficient numbers) we may need to reschedule or cancel a trip. You'll be offered an alternative date or a full refund — see our Refund Policy for details.
