You can pay the full trip price online by card, or request a trip on WhatsApp first. The windows below apply once a booking is confirmed and paid.

To cancel or request a refund, email info@redseaoffers.com with your booking details. If a refund is agreed, we return it the same way you paid (card via Stripe, payment link, or cash), typically within 5–10 business days.
If we cancel or reschedule a trip due to weather, safety, or insufficient numbers, you'll receive a full refund or the option to move to another date at no extra cost.
Children's tickets are refunded under the same schedule as adult tickets, based on the original booking date.
