This policy explains what we collect when you use redseaoffers.com or message us on WhatsApp, and how we use it. We are Red Sea Offers, registered in the United Kingdom, operating trips from Marsa Alam, Egypt.
1. What we collect
Name, hotel, WhatsApp number, email if you give it, trip date, guest numbers, and any questions you send. Contact-form messages and booking requests are stored so we can reply.
2. How we use it
To answer your questions, confirm a trip, arrange hotel pickup, send a payment link if you choose to pay that way, and handle cancellations. We do not take card payments on this website.
3. Who we share it with
WhatsApp (Meta) when you open a chat. Our operations crew in Marsa Alam who run the boat. Payment providers only if we send you a link and you choose to pay that way. We do not sell your data.
4. How long we keep it
Booking details are kept as long as needed to run the trip and meet legal accounting duties, then deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing info@redseaoffers.com. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also contact your local data protection authority.
